Do I already have a dx-open.com Username?
If you have been notified about a transaction via email, you already have a dx-open.com Username. Your Username was listed in the email salutation. If you do not have access to this email, or have not received a notification via email, click "Forgot Username" to retrieve your Username via email. If your email address is not on record, you do not have a dx-open.com Username.
If I have forgotten my Username or Password should I register again?
What should I do if my account has been "locked out"?
Your account will be locked out if you enter the wrong Username and Password combination too many times. To unlock your account, you must reset your Password.
What will I see when I sign in?
The system redirects you to your Deal Inventory after you sign in. If you have just created a new account by registering via the system or have not been granted permission to see active deals, your inventory will be empty.
